Foodies unite! We've got some exciting news for you - a new food hall has just opened up at Phipps Plaza--long live the food hall! Citizens Market is the latest addition to Atlanta's buzzing restaurant scene, and it's a must-visit for anyone who loves good food.
The space is beautifully designed by David Rockwell, with an open layout that encourages exploration of the 25,000-square-foot space (which used to be the ground floor for the Belk department store at the mall). The eight chef-driven brands (some are established brands, some are new concepts) with a few notable names like Dani Garcia, Masaharu Morimoto (a long-time chef on Iron Chef), and Italian chef and master butcher Dario Cecchini. Each offers counter service with communal seating plus a lavish indoor and outdoor bar. The food hall can be accessed from either the outdoor courtyard or from inside Phipps Plaza Mall. Krispy Rice: An elevated sushi experience that's anything but ordinary. The menu centers around the iconic Krispy Rice dish alongside handrolls, maki cut rolls, nigiri, and chef-curated combinations. All fast and fresh.
Sa'Moto: A collection of Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto's most loved Pan-Asian dishes, merging Asian flavors, Japanese techniques, and the American spirit.
Ella Mia: A modern and sophisticated coffee shop that brings guests a slice of craft coffee culture. Ella Mia serves breakfast, lunch, and early dinner, including breads, sandwiches, and soups rich with an international flair.
Cicci Di Carne by Dario: Centered on the local deli and butchers' shop concept, with a menu helmed by world-renowned Butcher Dario Cecchini, known as the "world's best butcher."

Soom Soom Fresh Mediterranean: Soom Soom serves authentic Mediterranean pitas and wraps packed with flavor in dishes like Chicken Shawarma, Kabobs, ClassicHummus, and Falafel served with housemade tahini.
